the array of windmills localed to the east of the first flight axis will provide a sublime counter element to the axis of kill devil hill as well as the verticallity of the hill itself. the towers will reach towards the sky and loom over the site like an over grown forest. the constant sound of the blades slicing the air will activate the site both day and night.
